The Sebastians is a gathering of outstanding musicians whose purposes are:
- To make a cultural and social contribution by enriching and expanding audience’s lives through the beauty of music.
- To present performances of the highest artistic level to as broad an audience as possible.
- To foster, nurture, develop, and educate the next generation of musicians to ensure the continued enrichment of our society through classical music.
Vision
The Sebastians aims to be a leader in “bringing baroque music to life,” promoting diverse programming with innovative audience outreach. We strive to satisfy existing classical music-lovers as well as making baroque music accessible to new and younger audiences through educational initiatives. By partnering with respected creatives and vibrant institutions, our commitment to interdisciplinary collaborations and self-produced NYC concerts drives our artistic growth.
